Iron Regiment T-shirts use classic unisex fits. Because different garments can be used across the range, check the individual product description where a garment-specific measurement is shown.

Heavy Cotton / Gildan 5000 garment measurements

For products supplied on the Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton blank, the measurements below are the garment laid flat. Width is measured across the chest; length is measured from the high point of the shoulder to the hem.

How to choose

Lay a T-shirt that already fits you well on a flat surface and compare its width and length with the table. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, choose the larger size.
