1. Who we are

Iron Regiment is an online retail trading brand operated by SW GALLUS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16942603. Our website is ironregiment.co.uk. For orders, customer service and complaints, email info@ironregiment.co.uk.

2. Using the website

You may browse and purchase products for lawful purposes. Please provide accurate delivery and contact details, keep any customer-account credentials secure, and do not interfere with the website or misuse its content. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract in your location. We may take reasonable action to protect the service against fraud, abuse and unauthorised use.

3. Products and made-to-order fulfilment

Iron Regiment sells clothing and other products, many of which are printed or manufactured after an order is placed through independent production partners. Available sizes, materials, descriptions and options are shown on each product page. We aim to display products accurately, although screen settings can affect colour appearance. An item must nevertheless match its description and meet applicable consumer-law standards.

Most standard catalogue products are not individually personalised even if printed on demand. Products altered to your specific requirements, such as adding your name or artwork, will be identified where offered. The distinction matters for cancellation rights; see our Returns and Refunds Policy.

4. Ordering and acceptance

Placing an order through checkout is an offer to buy the selected goods. We normally accept the order when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, depending on the information stated at checkout. Automated receipt of an order is not necessarily confirmation that we have accepted it. If we cannot accept an order because of stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud or delivery restrictions, we will inform you and refund any payment taken for goods not supplied.

Please check the contents, quantities, sizes, address and delivery options before submitting the order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; changes may be harder once made-to-order production has started. This does not take away any statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights.

5. Prices, payment and promotions

Product prices, any applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final amount payable will be shown at or before checkout. Prices and promotions may be changed for future orders, but we will not retrospectively raise the agreed price of an accepted order without your consent. Payment is collected through the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not ask customers to send card details by email.

Promotional offers are subject to their displayed conditions. Our advertised shipping promotion offers free tracked shipping on eligible orders of two or more items to the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada and Australia, when confirmed at checkout. Single-item shipping costs and any exclusions are shown at checkout.

6. Delivery, tracking and risk

Most products require production time before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates; any delivery deadline agreed as part of the contract and your statutory remedies for delay remain applicable. Orders may be produced and shipped in more than one parcel. Tracking is provided where available. See our Shipping Policy for details.

We remain responsible for goods until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you identify to take delivery, subject to any applicable legal exception such as a carrier independently commissioned by you. Handing goods to our courier does not by itself transfer delivery risk to you. If goods are lost, damaged or significantly delayed, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.

International orders may attract import duties or charges depending on the destination and whether they are collected at checkout. Any charges for which the customer is responsible will be described as clearly as possible before purchase, subject to local law.

7. Returns, cancellation and refunds

Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains our additional 30-day return offer, applicable UK and EU 14-day distance-selling cancellation rights, personalised-product exceptions and remedies where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. Any discretionary returns conditions do not restrict statutory rights. We do not exclude sale-priced items from statutory consumer protection.

8. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, limits or changes rights that cannot legally be restricted. This includes, as applicable, consumer rights concerning goods of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with their description; statutory cancellation and refund rights; remedies for delivery failures; and liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence or other non-excludable liability.

9. Editorial content and intellectual property

Our military-history articles and other editorial material are provided for general interest and education. We endeavour to use reliable evidence, but historical interpretations may change as new information emerges. Please report corrections or rights concerns to our contact email.

Unless stated otherwise, original website text, graphics, product artwork, logos and other materials are owned by or licensed to SW GALLUS LIMITED or their respective owners. You may browse and share ordinary links for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction or commercial use beyond applicable legal exceptions requires prior permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights.

10. Third-party services and Shopify

The online store is powered by Shopify, which provides technology enabling us to sell products. Sales made through this store are contracts between you and SW GALLUS LIMITED, trading as Iron Regiment, not between you and Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of our products. Third-party fulfilment providers may manufacture and dispatch items on our behalf; we remain responsible to you for our consumer-facing obligations.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Their terms and privacy practices may differ from ours. We are not responsible for independent third-party content, except where applicable law says otherwise.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared when you browse, communicate with us or purchase. Payment and fulfilment providers process information as necessary for the service and in accordance with applicable law.

12. Feedback and reviews

Where you send us feedback or a product review, you confirm that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge and does not infringe another person's rights. We may display and use submitted reviews for store-related purposes to the extent allowed by your permissions and applicable law, including advertising and data-protection rules. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you habitually reside. Nothing here prevents consumers from using courts or dispute-resolution rights available to them under applicable mandatory law.
