1066, reworked through the language of the Bayeux Tapestry. The surviving embroidery tells the story of the succession crisis that led to the Norman invasion of England and the Battle of Hastings, where Harold Godwinson was defeated by William, Duke of Normandy, on 14 October 1066.
This Iron Regiment design takes that familiar eleventh-century visual language and gives it a modern edge, keeping the shields, heraldic character and sense of a military narrative while making it work as a contemporary history shirt.
