Joan of Arc — Joan of Arc emerged during the darkest years of the Hundred Years' War and became a symbol of the French recovery against English and allied forces.

History behind the design

Her role in the relief of Orléans in 1429 helped transform French morale and opened the road to the coronation of Charles VII at Reims.
