Battle of Naseby 1645 — Naseby was the decisive field battle of the English Civil War. On 14 June 1645 Parliament's New Model Army broke King Charles I's main Royalist field army.
History behind the design
Sir Thomas Fairfax commanded the New Model Army, with Oliver Cromwell leading much of its cavalry. The defeat shattered Royalist military strength and exposed the king's correspondence.
